I also wanted to share a more detailed account of my experience with Stephanie's office, should it be helpful for anyone looking to work with her. COMMUNICATION & RESPONSIVENESS: I've worked with many insurance agents and their offices between personal and business, with insurance agencies both large and small, and no one has ever come CLOSE to the level of service and communication than Stephanie and her team. When working with large insurance agencies, one of the most common complaints is how difficult it is to speak with a REAL person who can help you. I love working with Stephanie's team because I know I can always reach a real person directly without navigating a huge phone tree. If they are on the other line, they have always called me back within a very timely manner...and that's very important especially if you're managing a claim! They are diligent in their follow up, communicate clearly, takes the time to LISTEN to you and always answers all of my questions so that I am 100% clear on the process and expectations. Insurance can sometimes be difficult and convoluted to navigate, and Stephanie's team makes it so much more manageable. VALUE & SERVICE: At the end of the day, you want an agent who actually provides value in the relationship. Otherwise, what's the point?
