"I switched to this insurance because they said it was one of the best out there. But I had a very frustrating experience with them when they offered me to get my home insurance and cars with them, I had another company for my home and my cars were with this insurance.. they had me cancel my home insurance because supposedly everything was good to go they even gave the quote.. they had me do the pictures instead of sending someone to do their job so I did and after couple days they told me I wasn't approved for the home insurance thay it was underwriting or whatever. So after that I was trying to get another company's to cover me and no one wanted to get my home it took a while and finally my previous insurance took me back after they said i went crawlingback to them very humiliated thanks to state farm. I trusted them i don't understand why they had me cancel. Very upsetting situation but at the end they always win. Just wanted to let them know to inform us better before anything else."
